The law of the Lombardy region requires heating to be turned on from October 15 to April 15:
if you request heating at other times, 10€ per day will be added.

- Cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before check-in.
- Extra change of towel and sheets: 10€.
- Children up to 2 years old do not pay, from 2 years old in extra bed or crib, 30% discount.
- Municipal tourist tax 3€ per person per night (until the fourth night), from 14 years old.
