CHECK-IN

Standard: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m,

different times are also accepted with prior notice.

Registration documents (Passport, ID Card) will be requested upon arrival.

The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at the B&B.

 

CHECK-OUT

Rooms must be vacated strictly by 10:30 am on the date of departure.

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served exclusively from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

 

PROHIBITIONS 

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises of the B&B,

while outside you are requested to use the appropriate ashtrays.

It is forbidden to receive in the rooms people who are not accommodated there.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

It is recommended not to leave unattended valuables inside the facility.

B&B ownership disclaims any responsibility for theft of personal items and belongings.

Guests are not required to answer the B&B's telephone or intercom.

Guests are asked to turn off all lights in rooms when not present and

not waste water in the bathrooms (water, a precious commodity!).

Those who lose their keys are required to refund the sum of 20€,

while for the garage remote control 40€. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning of rooms and bathrooms is daily;

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. (Only in the B&B)

No noise and disturbance is requested during the night, respecting other guests.

For anything not explicitly mentioned we rely on the good taste and

common sense of each in the interest of all.
